Customer care

The Customer Care division employs international professionals who relieve our business partners of work by carrying out back office activities. In this department you are the first point of contact and you perform a wide range of tasks on behalf of our customers. For example, managing the entire order process, stock management, the logistical coordination of inbound and outbound shipments and proactive communication of all developments and details.

You therefore play an important role in the management of the account for which you are responsible. In our department we always look for the right balance between the ultimate customer experience, commerce and the quality of our services. A sharp eye for customer focus and continuous improvement is therefore important.
