The Customer Care division employs international professionals who take work off the hands of their business partners by carrying out back office activities. In this department you are the first point of contact and you carry out a wide range of tasks on behalf of our clients. For example, managing the entire order process, stock management, the logistical coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments and proactive communication of all milestones and details.
You play an important role in the management of the account for which you are responsible. We always seek the right balance between the ultimate customer experience, commerce and the quality of services in our department. A keen eye for customer focus and continuous improvement is therefore important.
