Human Resources
The Human Resources department is responsible for everything that has to do with the inflow, throughput and outflow of our employees. We work closely with the HR team of our sister organization Base Logistics in Moerdijk. Our team consists of an HR specialist and an HR assistant. They have the task of bridging the gap between the strategic plans of the organization and the operational personnel policy of the shop floor.
The Human Resources department is constantly faced with challenges from the market. As far as we are concerned, personnel is the human capital of our organization. That is why we want to bind and captivate our staff and also allow them to continuously develop.
Furthermore, in a fast-growing organization like ours, we are constantly looking for new talent. We find it important that our current and new employees feel like a fish in water here and our main goal is therefore to offer a professional and inspiring working environment.
