Customer Service Specialist (Swedish)

You are looking for a Customer Service job in a modern logistics organization.

You will work within the HealthLink Customer Care department in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands), which works closely with the Finance, Warehouse and Quality departments. In this department you are the first point of contact for different customers, via telephone and e-mail. You manage the process from order entry to invoicing for these customers, including the administrative processing of all order-related documents and communication. Inventory and inbound are also part of this. You are also responsible for customer-specific documentation for export and logistics. You process orders and follow the ordering process, where you solve any problems or complaints. Also, you process and track return shipments.

Working hours: 40 hours per week (full-time).
Location: ‘s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands)

  • You preferably have experience with ERP systems.
